Originally developed for the process of making internal components for Swiss watches, CNC Swiss machines provide high precision machining solutions by a process of moving material that is rotating through a guide bushing along the Z-axis while keeping the tools stationary. This allows us the ability to produce smaller diameter parts that are longer in length as compared to conventional turning where the stock remains stationary and the tools move.

Turning, milling and drilling can be accomplished on the same machine on two spindles simultaneously.
